How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for all shipments traveling to warm climates or during summer months to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes, we offer a selection of high-quality dark chocolates that are naturally dairy-free, as well as specific vegan-friendly products labeled in our collection.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. To maintain freshness, we avoid shipping over weekends; orders placed late in the week may ship the following Monday.
What is the shelf life of your bonbons and truffles?
Because we use fresh ingredients and no preservatives, our bonbons and truffles are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 weeks of delivery when stored in a cool, dry place.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely. You can add a custom message during the checkout process, which will be printed on a premium card and included with your chocolate gift.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.
